Her extensive background in event planning gives Aiden & Grace an elevated approach to event rentals in Columbus, Ohio and beyond. Beyond her creative vision, Meleka oversees the business as a whole, ensuring every team, process, and event reflects the company’s standard of excellence. Her passion for design and dedication to quality are at the heart of everything A&G does.

Otherwise known as the lounge queen, Kate has been with A&G since the very beginning. She started as an intern in 2018 working behind the scenes pulling orders and loading trucks, which gave her an unmatched understanding of our inventory from the ground up. Over the years, she’s grown into the creative force clients know and trust — thoughtfully guiding them from their first inquiry through a fully customized design that feels polished, cohesive, and completely their own. She’s the friendly voice you’ll likely connect with on the phone and the one leading you through your personalized showroom appointment. With her warm approach and sharp eye for design, she makes the entire rental experience feel effortless.

Taylor is the powerhouse behind the scenes who keeps every rental moving exactly where it needs to be. From organizing confirmed orders to building pickup and delivery schedules and leading our warehouse crews, she makes complex logistics look effortless. With over four years at Aiden & Grace, she’s become our go-to problem solver and true logistics guru. If it’s on the calendar, on a truck, or in the warehouse, Taylor has it handled.

Barb works tirelessly to keep our inventory sparkly and event-ready. She’s our go-to when it comes to quality control and extending the life of every inventory piece that leaves the warehouse. You might even spot Barb onsite at any of our larger-scale setups as she’s usually helping set and re-clean inventory to ensure everything looks flawless from guest arrival to the final photo. There aren’t many stains she can’t get out and there’s no detail too small for her to notice.

OUR STORY
With a true entrepreneurial spirit, Meleka Jolliff started MMJ Events, a planning and design firm, back in 2009. While designing for her clients, Meleka felt Columbus, Ohio was in need of a speciality rental company—hence the start of Aiden & Grace in 2016 (from the basement and garage of the Jolliff home). Slowly but surely, the inventory began to grow and eventually consumed her family’s entire home, leading to A&G’s first (and very tiny) showroom. After settling into their first brick and mortar in 2018, A&G hasn't looked back! With an evolving inventory selection and a growing client base, Sky Flower LLC was created in 2023 to be the umbrella over two flourishing businesses (and hopefully more to come 🤞🏼). Most notably, the Sky Flower LLC has allowed A&G to purchase it's first building in Columbus. With over 18,000 square feet of warehouse, studio, and office space, there are truly no limits to where these companies will go!
Our family feels extremely blessed to own and operate this small business. We love our team and appreciate what each crew member brings to Aiden & Grace. We’ll never stop striving to make Columbus events a whole lot prettier, while simultaneously serving our clients with joy and excellence.
